Obituary of Charlene Lowe

Charlene Lowe passed away on January 24th, 2022. Born in Lockport, NY, she was the daughter of Margaret Dunn (Horch) and Charles Lowe. Charlene had her Bachelor's degree in accounting. And was the owner and president of Lowes Accounting and Tax Services Inc. She enjoyed all types of music, playing cards, board games, and reading her favorite novels by Stephen King.

Charlene was predeceased by her son Patrick Gonzales Jr. (PJ) October 6th, 1994 as well as her partner Todd Spedding August 22nd 2020. She is survived by her children Bethany Donoho (Gonzales), Phillip Gonzales, and Dylan Smith, grandson Loki Donoho, and nieces and nephews.

A memorial/celebration of life event is being held at the Woodlands Community Center at 6237 S. Transit Rd. Lockport, NY 14094 between the hours of 1-4pm Thursday, February 3rd. To send flowers contact Jessica Wardzinski at (716) 392-8213.
