Charles "Joe" Bootes Jr. entered into rest August 25, 2023 at the Niagara Hospice house. Born June 25, 1956 in Lockport, he was the son Charles J and Helen Marie (Wolters) Bootes Sr.
Bootes was a Nomad in the Kingsmen mortorcycle club, also owned and operated his own garage.
Beloved father of Michelle Ward, Shannon (Jermaine) Kimmons, Jamie Bootes and the late Charles (Joseph) Bootes III and Tiffany Elizabeth Bootes. Cherished grandfather of Rhianna, Liandra, Samantha and Adelynn. Great grandfather of Carter, Kendall and Carson. Dear brother of George (Lorrey) Bootes, Deborah "Bubba" Bootes, Kathleen (Charles) Gabrielli, Tammy Weir, Jacqueline (Malcolm) Robertson and the late Kevin Bootes. Predeceased by fiance' Cathy Carpenter. Dear friend and club brother of Brian (Kathleen)Frank.
Friends may call on Wednesday August 30, 2023 from 3-7 at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara street, where the Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
