Friends may call Monday January 13, 2025 from 5-7 at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara Street, Lockport NY. Private Services will be held in Cold Springs Cemetery at a later date.

Christopher Fitzgerald entered into rest January 8, 2025. Born March 7, 1973, he was the son of Daniel and Dorothy (Filipertis) Fitzgerald.

Chris worked for many years at Mullen's Roofing and was an avid Buffalo Bills Buffalo Sabres fan.
Beloved father of Vanesa Berardi and Christopher (Sara Steinman) Berardi. Grandfather to Kinsley. Dear brother of Daniel and Sean Fitzgerald. Nephew to Jadwiga (James) Kwoka, James "Jimmy" Filipertis, Cheryl (Joseph) Chiappone, Kathi (late Donald) Mullen Sr and the late Patrick Fitzgerald. Also survived by many cousins and friends.

    Chris was a good guy enjoyed all the fun times at Wrights Corners bocce Club with him and Cheese and brother Dan. R.I.P my friend

    Sorry to hear you passed on Chris. We shared many many great times back in the day. It’s unfortunate we have to see our friends and family go before us. Thoughts and prayers go out to Danny & Shawn and the rest of the extended family. I never met any of the children or grandchildren but wish them the best after the lost of their father/grandfather. RIP Fitzy! Keep on keepin’ on brother!

    Dearest Danny and Shawn, you both know that I loved Chris dearly, and I am so sorry of hearing about his passing away. Please try to take comfort in knowing that he is with your mom and dad.
    btw…I have pics here of all you boys at one of Tanya’s birthday parties on Ruhlmann Rd., and I want to thank you all dearly for making sure my baby girl had a bunch of great male friends who watched over her.
