Obituary of Hazel Belle Houseman

Hazel Belle Houseman, born August 11, 1942, entered into rest June 9, 2023. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to everyone. Hazel loved horses, Elvis, tending to her garden, baking and going to cars and fairs. She was a very active member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, the church being like her second family to her. Hazel was a very sweet and giving woman.

Beloved mother of Lillian Starr, Karen (Jim) Estes, Donald (LIz) Wills, Herbert Wills, Franklin (LIz) Houseman, and Amy (Chris Dickinson) Houseman; cherished grandmother to 19, and great-grandmother to 12; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 10-11:00 am Saturday, June 17, 2023 at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 75 East Ave., where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 am. Interment in Cold Springs Cemetery.
