Obituary of Karen Sue Moran

Karen Sue Moran entered into rest on October 2, 2021. Born August 10, 1942, she was the daughter of Edward and Beatrice (Brown) Moran.

Karen worked as a secretary at Washington Hunt, DeSales High School, and O'Hara High School. She received her Associate's Degree from the Diocese of Buffalo Lay Teachers. She taught at St. Mary's Catholic School and Good Shepard School.

She is survived by her brother, Edward Alan (Sandy) Moran; and her sister, the late Patricia (late Aloysius "Aloy") Cavagnaro; a dear friend of Jean Condren Lichtenthal. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Monday, October 11, at St. John's the Baptist Church at 10:00 AM. Inurnment in Cold Springs Cemetery.  Arrangements by Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara Street.

    So sad, I’ll always remember her from Chestnut St. at my cousins house (The Bickett’s) What an amazing women. She will be missed for sure.
