Tina Winter passed away August 17, 2025. Born on October 18, 1957 in Rutherford County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late David and Bernice (Lovelace) Guffey.
Tina was a farmer working on the family farm, Ed Winter Farms in Royalton.
She is the beloved wife of Edward R. Winter. Beloved mother of Teri (Ron Cercone) Fink and Edward D. Winter. Cherished grandmother of Andrea (Dennis) Page, Elizabeth (Patrick Sylvester) Winter, Eleanor Winter, James Fink and Emma Fink. Great grandmother of Everitt Page. Dear sister of Daphne (Les) Delahunt. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday August 22, from 4-7 at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara Street, Lockport NY, where the Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Diabetes Association.
