Wanda Syzmanski (nee Poole), 55, of Lockport, taken too soon from this life on Saturday June 11, 2016 at Cleveland Clinic. Born on October 9, 1960, Wanda was the wife of Steven Syzmanski, daughter of Nancy Poole and the late Henry Poole Jr.

Wanda was a graduate of Lockport High School. She worked at Tops Market in Lockport for the past 20 years, managing different positions, recently working as Processed Food Manager.

Wanda was a spirited soul to be reckoned with, yet very loving, caring and dedicated to her family and friends. She was the type of person to leave a lasting impression on all those who met her, making sure to not soon be forgotten.

Wanda leaves behind her husband, Steven; mother, Nancy Poole; mother-in-law, Dorothy Syzmanski of Cheektowaga; brothers, Henry (Lisa) Poole and Mark Poole both of Lockport; nieces, Alicia and Marisa Poole of Lockport, a great nephew Cashden Pinkert of Lockport, Aunt Elaine(Gary) DesJean of Amelia, Virginia; several cousins; and her faithful fur babies Mia and Molly.

A Memorial will take place at Taylor and Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara St., Lockport, NY 14094, on Friday, June 24th, 2016 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Condolences may be offered below, and flowers may be purchased through The Flower Barn.
